Fee Policy

FEES POLICY 2019

​

1. Fees for the 2023 - 2024 year are €20 per half-hour instrumental lesson. Singing Lessons with director Peter O'Donohue are €30 per half hour and €45 per 45-minute lesson.

2. Group lessons are available in Traditional Music and Guitar. Lessons are €10 per student. There is a maximum of 2 students allowed in Guitar/trad Group lessons.

3. Family rate (more than one child or a child learning more than one instrument) reduces the rate to €19 per half hour for instrumental lessons.

​

4. The termly fee may be paid in two installments but in advance of lessons. A term runs concurrently with the normal school year. When signing up you agree to a full year. A full school year is two terms, August 2023 - May 2024.

 

5. The Student/Guardian acknowledges and agrees that the Student/Guardian shall be liable to pay this balance in full regardless of whether the student attends all lessons or not.​

6. The fee paid for the term of lessons is strictly non-refundable and non-negotiable, as the ACSM is obliged to pay the Music Teacher for the number of lessons for which a student registers.

7. Where a student leaves the course prior to having received the term of lessons, a Full fee must be paid and no refund will be provided.

​

8. No refunds will be provided for missed lessons. For the avoidance of doubt, the ACSM regrets that refunds will not be provided where a student is absent due to illness or for any other reason (including Covid-19 symptoms).

9. Where a lesson is cancelled by the Music Teacher or the ACSM at short notice, the ACSM shall be obliged to provide a rescheduled lesson.

​

Due to the serious nature of COVID-19, if the ACSM COVID-19 policy is not followed, the ACSM has the right to cancel the students remaining lessons without refund to the student.
